Quarantining Whitelist Mail

All mail passing through the filter on test (originating from using MUTT via the console to send externally) is being delivered ok but showing in the quarantine.

Status being shown is WL.

localhost is whitelisted by default.

So if you send from the EFA console it will always be whitelisted.
