Re: Outdated TLS

"I have manually disabled the TLS 1.0 and 1.1 of smtp/smtpd for now but adding it as an option would be great."

Don`t do that.
There are many servers out there running on 1 and 1.1.

You will essentially loose mail from them.

Better to filter than loose important email.

Re: Update to 4.0.2

OK thanks.

But for info, I migrated to V4 and everything was OK.
After 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 bayes stopped working, the rest is OK.

Re: Update to 4.0.2

Yeah I did migrate.

So what is the correct symlink?

The one I just created works just fine.

Re: Update to 4.0.2

Fixed by doing:

Code: Select all

cd /etc/mail/spamassassin/
ln -s /etc/MailScanner/spamassassin.conf mailscanner.cf
systemctl restart mailscanner
Why symlink dissapeared?

Re: Update to 4.0.2

Bayes is missing. Also I have SPF_FAIL custom score set to add 5.0 points. And in other case where I actually got mail with failed SPF it was scored + 0.95 points. It`s like the prefs file was not evaluated or used at all. Lint tests: both_lint_tests.7z Also byes DB seems quite OK: efa403.PNG I real...

Re: Update to 4.0.2

Hello.

I just removed mirrors from repo and it went OK.

Now I have problem that bayes score is not displayed in mailwatch gui.
Bayes DB seems OK, SA lint test went trough OK, but bayes score is not displayed at all.

Any idea?

Re: sudo: /usr/sbin/eFa-Configure: command not found

I think that did it.

First I had to:

yum install eFa

then execute update scripts and now its ok.

Don`t know why it ended up in broken state in first place.

Thanks a bunch!

Re: sudo: /usr/sbin/eFa-Configure: command not found

There is no such file.

How to update efa to 4.0.1 if coming from 4.0.0 stable anyway?

Just yum update?

BTW I have selinux disabled is this a problem?

Re: RAM

OK solved it.

It was Sophos on-access scanner.

Whoever install Sophos should disable on access scanner OR give machine sufficient RAM:

/opt/sophos-av/bin/savconfig set EnableOnStart false

If on access starts and there is not enough RAM it crashes kernel as it won`t use swap at all.

[SOLVED] RAM

Hi all! I have migrated from V3 to V4 yesterday. Now I have a ram issue. V3 had 3072MB of RAM and it worked great for 2 years. V4 has also 3GB of RAM but I have serious problems with it. I boot it up and it crashes and reboots in 90 seconds after startup. I figured it out that if I assign 5GB of RAM...

Re: How to whitelist this one

Well I used different approach.

Custom SA rule, which matches on header content which is always present and score it by -10.0 :)

perl regex gave me some trouble but I`ve managed it :)
