Automated Email of blocked outgoing mails - possible?

Is it possible to get an email sent daily / multiple times a day of blocked emails rather than having to manually check the reports?

It is certainly possible. We would need to write a small script to query the database and send and email as a cron job.

Is there an area at present in the webUI where a list of blocked mails can be found rather than all mails shown in the quarantine section?

You should be able to run reports on the reports pane to get the info that you need.
