Hello, I have recently taken over a small company that still uses the efa3 spam filter. Is it still possible to install Version 4 of efa so that i can update to the 4 and then to the 5 efa version as an intermediate step?

Yes.

Use EL8 of your choice to get eFa 4.

Use EL9 of your choice to get eFa 5.

Is there a way to upgrade from efa3 to efa5 directly?

You should get to eFa4 first...
