nothing provides spamassassin >= 4.0.1-2 needed by eFa-5.0.0-5.eFa.el9.noarch from eFa5-test

Just as a regular bug-post with the issue in subject.
When installing on a clean Rocky 9.3 this error occurs.
Someone else had the same issue also on AlmaLinux 9.
When I tried to install EFA5 with the option dev:
I have now a running EFA5 to test.
Option in menu to activate webmin does not work btw.
But I can install this manually as I did before on EFA4 long before it was integrated.
