Is it possible to set the system to send an email to our internal users to let them know an email they are sending out has been blocked?

Or create a quarantine report to show outgoing as well as incoming?

I typically whitelist my domain/email server so that they don't get blocked.

I do have the domain whitelisted however this one is a double extension so marked as bad content. The sender has asked if there is any way of notifying them if this happens
