quarantine reports have stopped sending

Our quarantine reports havent been sending for the last 10 days or so, nothing has been changed on the config of the EFA filter.
Where should I start to look to fix this?
If I run the command manually the reports are sent successfully.
sudo /usr/local/bin/mailwatch/tools/Cron_jobs/quarantine_report.php
