Blacklist not working?

Did I do something wrong? The blacklist isn't working. Do receive this e-mails everyday:

Remove the wildcard and just leave the domain.

Spam and Spam + Report do the same thing, except that Spam + Report sends the info to SpamAssassin team upstream.
