Release Mails from Quarantine

Can somebody help me to understand:

Using E.F.A 3.0.0.9, accassing mailadmin as admin, want to release a quranantined mail. This mail is resent with
sender postmaster@doman.tld (why is the sender changed) and it is immediatly again marked as spam.

Is localhost/127.0.0.1/<yourdomain> in your whitelist?
