Installing EFA and building from a USB ISO

Hi guys
I downloaded the ISO and burnt this to bootable USB
It all runs perfectly but I noticed it installs onto the USB drive I boot it from - when running through the ks script

What would be the recommended way of installing this using the USB to boot the install from? I have a 200GB drive in the PC but running through the guide installs it to the USB stick

Does the USB ISO (minus the kickstart script) install to the USB or the Hard drive?

Can you give me some steps on how you created the USB ISO (I would like to give it a try)?

Sorry - I reverted to using CD instead. I burnt the CD using ImgBurn and everything has installed successfully
