Hi,
I'm using EFA 3.0.0.7, double AV, all working fine with a single glitch...
Sometimes a user receives a e-mail which is classified as "Bad Content", I'm not able to release it because it's not stored on Quarantine!
The e-mail is clean but the person who send it, probably uses a PDF converter that renames the file using the old extension as name.
Virus: N
Blocked File: Y
Other Infection: N
Report: MailScanner: Attempt to hide real filename extension (CENTIMFE %2824-0.PDF)
The problem is that this e-mails aren't getting stored!!! how can I change this???
Thanks.
