Hi Everyone
I have a domain filtered through EFA that has inline signatures enabled. The users like the signatures, however, they are complaining that when they send emails out, some of their clients are clicking the link to mark the message as spam.
Is there any way to have the inline signature added as the mail is received so my users can see it, but have it removed on the way out [if I used EFA as the mail relay of course].
Alternatively, does anyone have any alternate suggestions to deal with a problem like this?
Thanks in advance.
Matthew

Re: Removing Inline Signatures on Outbound Mail
Easiest way to deal with this is to configure your trusted networks under spam settings in EFA-Configure. That way outside users cannot submit spam.
Signature removal is interesting in theory but is not practical because all the different mail clients format replies in different ways that EFA cannot anticipate.
The problem you describe only exists on a reply. EFA is intelligent in the sense that if it is an outbound mail, it does not append the signature with a link. However, if a user receives an email and then replies to it, the original signature is still intact.
