{Spam Not Delivered} never being delivered

When you receive the e-mail subjected - "{Spam Not Delivered}" on occasion I find when I click the link to release the message from quarantine it sends the same message again i.e. "{Spam Not Delivered} XXX" and not the real e-mail.

Any ideas what I can start to look at in order to understand what the problem is.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like it is getting requeued as spam.

Is 127.0.0.1 listed in your global spam whitelist?
