Email reaches EFA but not Exchange

I am really stumped. I can send messages that reach EFA but are not passed along to the Exchange 2010 server. The domain is correct, but mail is not being passed along to Exchange. I have no idea what I'm missing. Any help/pointers greatly appreciated.

It seems all messages end up in quarantine. Oddly, I can't seem to release them either.

Is your server defined on the EFA in the transports?

Log in to the console, run EFA-Configure (if needed)

8) Mail Settings then choose
4) Transport Settings
n) New Domain
