Emotet and other encrypting attachments

Hello,

Does mailscanner finds reliable all attachments with encrypting Trojaners like emotet sends them out ?

Encrypted attachments (zips, etc.) are blocked by default, including executables. :D

Cool. But what about word or excel files with bad macros ?
