How to configure sending a copy of a blocked messages to other email box?

How to make that copies of all blocked emails, both incoming and outgoing, will be send to an additional mailbox?
For example, that emails identified as spam are sent to spam@mydomain.com, blocked by files badfiles@mydomains.com
