Low scoring spam not listed on message operations

I am not able to train the spam filter on low scoring spam. As you can see from this picture here there are a number of low scoring spam:



But when I go to message operations with no filters in place those low scoring messages are not listed. Just the Clean and Spam messages:



Any thoughts on this?
