email "Warning: E-mail viruses detected" considered as SPAM

Hello,
when EFA finds an email with blocked attach triggers the BAD CONTENT email type and send notification to the sender BUT it consider it AS SPAM
Warning: E-mail viruses detected 1.1Kb 7.00 Spam
I tried to WHITELIST it but it appears as with NO SENDER ..
In the "spam report" row i read

How can i whitelist itself ?
