Hi folks,
In ESVA 0.3 I was able to send a copy of all incoming mail for a client's domain out to the client's Gmail account as a very crude backup facility. Is there a way to do that in our 3.0.0.6 I am currently running?

Yes, you should be able to do this using postfix using a recipient_bcc_map.
