Hello,
I have EFA-3.0.0.4 and I made some changes in postfix configuration file "main.cf" and maiscanner configuration file "MailScanner.con" and "spamlist.conf" and other.
If I upgrade my gateway to 3.0.0.6 my changes will be lost ?

Config files are typically preserved. In the event one of them gets overwritten, have a look in /var/EFA/backup/<3.x.x.x> for a copy of the replaced files and recover the parts that you need.
