Apologies if that has been asked before. I find the forum search is a bit hard to get results due to my search terms being too simple.

I have a user who is complaining that they are not receiving email from a particular domain. They cannot give me a time and date to look for the messages in the qurantine.
Is there a way I can search through all of the message archive in EFA to see any info for a specific domain?

Ie. - Show all emails received/blocked/greylisted etc from domain xyz.com

The only thing you can do is look at the reports

in mailwatch -> Reports -> Add filter based on: 'from domain'
then select message listing

Also you can logon to the server with SSH and look at /var/log/maillog and search through it for mails from that domain.
