Hello,
our efa server block the zip password protected attachment, with the message that I have attached.

can I release the file ? or the sender have to resubmit the mail.

I have changed our efa server to acept this message with:
Allow Password-Protected Archives = yes

If you have changed the setting (and restarted mailscanner) you will need to re-send the original mail.

E.F.A. does not store these files.
