Hello,
We receive many spam from libero.it but i think non real mx server. i have check in the file postfix.conf the parameter
smtpd_helo_restrictions = check_helo_access hash:/etc/postfix/helo_access,reject_non_fqdn_hostname, reject_invalid_hostname
How i can resolve this issue ?

I am seeing that libero.it has an MX.

Non-authoritative answer:
libero.it MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = liberomx1.libero.it
libero.it MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = liberomx3.libero.it
libero.it MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = liberomx4.libero.it
libero.it MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = liberomx2.libero.it

So your smtpd_helo_restrictions will not reject these messages. You'll need to probably blacklist this source.
