How can turn off email signature in Clean mails?

I have the following set in MailScanner.conf
Sign Messages Already Processed = no
and
Sign Clean Messages = no

However, I get the signature for each email

Use efa-configure --> Spam Settings --> Non-Spam Settings

You can disable signatures here.
