Hi

I am a new user/recently installed.

I can get EFA to process messages, but there is an approx 15-20min delay from the time it is processed & the time it reaches my email server (Exchange 2013).

According the logs from the email, the delay is on EFA end.

What can I check/do to resolve/troubleshoot this?

Do you have greylisting enabled? This will cause a minimum of 5 minutes of delay on incoming messages...

Also, make sure your EFA has plenty of CPU and memory to process incoming messages. 2 vCPUs and 2GB of ram is default, but may need increased if you are handling high volumes of messages.
