mobile phone not trusted network so the links don't work.
do we need to add all the ip ranges for mobile phone (ATT) to the trusted network so that the links in the email will work?

You can do that, or you can disable trusted networks altogether.

How do you disable trusted networks all together? (I am aware of the security issue

9) Spam Settings --> 4) Trusted Networks

Thanks, I deleted all my trusted networks from there and everything worked as expected. Awesome.
