Gateway Timeout when running some reports in mailwatch

I recently encountered the following error when running some of the reports in Mailwatch. (Not all reports showed this error response)

Error response:
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Reports to be run
Top Senders by Quantity
Top Senders by Volume

Don't know what's going wrong? Are there any settings relating to this ?

What are your system specs, how much mail are you processing daily, and how long are you keeping it?
