Hi all
I'm new to this forum, and I would like to know if there are any settings regarding this as I tried to look into many posts in this "How-To" but still couldn't find my answer.
In our company, we are using 2 EFAs to send and receive emails from outside. Our topology is like Exchange -> EFA --> outside (or vice versa). I found that emails sent from the Exchange server to the outside with multiple recipients will be automatically split into multiple emails with a single address. I'm not sure whether it is EFA design or I can go somewhere to set it up?
Thanks/Eric

Re: Email from exchange server split to individual email
When I send an email to multiple recipients I am not seeing this behaviour. Here's a screenshot of an email I sent with two recipients.

Eric, did you ever resolve this issue?
This sounds like an exchange transport setting.
