Al iniciar interfaz web de mi efa, me muestra todo en blanco.. no permite verificar ningún tipo de registro.

That looks like eFa version 3, which has been EoL for a while.

There is not enough information to diagnose your problem.
Also, if it is efa version 3, then it is a really old installation and may have other problems that are causing your current problem.
Unfortunately, you are going to need someone who understands linux and php to look through the server log files to find out why the user interface is not displaying properly.
