Webmin installation failed

I'm trying to install Webmin on a fresh installation eFa-4.0.4
When I ssh into my VM, I press "17" on the configuration menu to enable Webmin.
Here is the result:
After hitting enter, it says Webmin is running, and the main configuration screen appears.
I've tried edge, chrome, and firefox to access both HTTP and HTTPS myefa4.mydomain.tld:10000 without any luck.
I also checked in shell
The result was service could not be found.
Is there anything I can do to install or enable Webmin?
