Hi,
Our email goes like this: FirstName.LastName@domain.com
One of our users' last name is best, so EFA is marking it as spam? Haven't had this before until now... and it seems to refuse delivery.
Oct 26 09:03:51 efa postfix/cleanup[31853]: 4My8Bv0Q7hzGs7nV: discard: header X-<Server>-MailScanner-eFa-From: emailContaining.best@domain.com from localhost[127.0.0.1]; from=emailContaining.best@domain.com to=email@domain.com proto=QMQP: .best spam
It's not in the TLD part but it seems something is marking it as spam, thus it's getting blocked... Anyone know how to resolve this? I'm not sure why it's suddenly happening... is it normal for EFA to think it's spam when it's not part of the domain name?
Thank you
User has a potentially spammy TLD in their email
Re: User has a potentially spammy TLD in their email
You need to provide the spamassassin headers so we can work out why this message is being marked as spam.
