after update EFA emails arrive deferred

Hello!
2 days ago I updated the EFA for the latest packages. That time the emails arrive deferred.
I got a lot of error messages, see the attached file.
Can you give me some advise?

So, I fixed this errors, but the emails arriving late also.
When I restart the EFA, some email arrive, but then the next emails late 30-60-90 minutes.
The sender email server got this error: dsn=4.4.1, status deferred, connetc to mail.xxx.xx:25 connection refused!

It seems to be solved out!
The postfix was crashed: /var/lib/postfix/master.lock was unavailable or wrong permission.

Weird.
Thanks for letting us know the fix. It'll be useful in case it ever happens to someone else.
