Just a clarification.

If i choose to not store non spam messages (so clean) in quarantine i suppose that the signatire link "learn spam" does not work because the system does not
have in the quarantine dir the mail.

So in order to let users train the bayes db is it a required feature to store non spam ?

That is correct.

EFA-Configure will disable the signature for non-spam if it is not stored.

Now, what I've done on my system is to modify the quarantine reports to report only on spam. This makes things much cleaner and succinct as no one cares about non-spam in the report. I plan to have add this as a config option and default setting...

Totally agree.

I've modified the quarantine script to report all but clean items. This ends in adding a chain of or on the sql query.

I've also modified query in mail watch to show only malicious items.
