open source is software free all the people, but people should not earn money thanks to OpenSource,
The example in Italy, a company sells Esva even if it is' open source

I agree! Opensource is a for the good of all (and its fun too). 
Although, technically, opensource can be sold, but they have to make their source code available for free. I'm not sure if the company you mention is doing that...

I'm Italian and I'm not sure if libre esva has released it's modified original esva components for free.

Libre esva is not free... i think
took the esva opensource version, 2 changes, and sold.
