Hi

We have eFa as 'mail relay' function before our local Exchange server it is directly open to internet with standard SMTP (TCP 25) communication.
The problem is now that some clients are sending e-mail that are not delivered, because their mail server requires TLS 1.3 for communication.
Is it possible to enable TLS 1.3 for SMTP communication on eFa and how ?

Are you on EFA3 or EFA4 build, I just built an EFA4 and I seen TLS1.3 connections, and I do know its not supported on EFA3

Surprised they are only allowing TLS1.3, nothing wrong at the mo with TLS 1.2 which is supported on both versions.

Hi, we are on EFA4. Where can we enable TLS ?
We need that EFA will continue to communicate over classic SMTP (25) but also able to answer on TLS 1.3
