OK, so I am looking around in here post-upgrade and trying to find these new features:
option to configure cleaned message delivery
Enable quarantine cleanup

- after upgrade I also rebooted just to be sure.

Cleaned Message Delivery should be in EFA-Configure under Virus Settings.

The quarantine should now be enabled in /etc/cron.daily/clean.quarantine as evidenced by $disabled=0 (enabled)
