I need a little hint or help learn how to quickly search the QUARANTINE for all messages "To" a certain address within the daily batch - is there a combination to type in the "Jump to message" box to do this?

Head over to Reports
Enter the date and click Add under Add Filter
Then...
Change to To: in the dropdown box, enter the To: address, and click Add.
Click Message Listing
That's it!

That works very well. It displays all the bad mail for someone that was not delivered.
But, what if someone claims they did not receive their email from uncle ed. Is there a way to display mail
that was delivered to a specific person ?

It should also list all mail send to that user.
Only if you have configured the system to disable non spam only then you will see 'spam only'.
This is an option in EFA-Configure, the default value is to store all mail, but you can manually change this in EFA-Configure.

d.

OK, this question is a logical next one - if "non-spam" storage is turned on, is there already a chron setup to automatically delete mail that was stored to prevent filling the partition that was pre-selected for storage?
if there IS one setup, how long will the server default to storing email?

There is a cron.../etc/cron.daily/clean.quarantine
Default is 30 days (we may make it longer).
You will notice that it is disabled. We identified this as an issue with the 3.0.0.0 release and will be fixing in 3.0.0.1 update, but you can enable yourself if you like.
