I'm running the latest CentOS 7.x version. I've got an email notification that the eFa upgrade cron failed. The issue seems to be with fail2ban...

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Sorry, my bad, I had fail2ban excluded in yum.conf. All good now...
