efa blocks acknowledgment of reading from the mailjet tool

Hello,
Our client uses the MAILJET tool to measure the open rate of internal communication emails. We do receive emails and images on our email client behind the EFA. On the other hand on MailJet, she sees that the mail has been delivered but she does not see that it has been opened. The problem is not present when sending to an external email address (like gmail). Do you have an idea?
