I use Exchange server internal, and setup to use EFA ( v.4 ) as Outbound mail relay.

If I send from my Pri Domain it works fine, but if I send from my Sec. Domain it got stuck in quarantine.
If I release it manualy i got it.

in 7) 1) Outbound mail relay I have my 2 ip adress space :

1) Hosts: 192.168.99.0/24 192.168.6.0/24

in 7) 2) Outbound smart host it DISABLE

All incoming mails working fine for all domains

Please help me to sort this out

I can see in the Gui that it's stuck in Milter Outbound Queues.

I Just found out what the problem was. So problem solved.

I have resently set my system up for DMARC - DKIM etc. and something whent wrong for my second domain ( did I test it correct ? )

So alle the mails godt stuck because of that. Damn

Everything looks fine, but deep down in the logs I could see that it could not find the dkim foulder for that domain etc. ( wrong security setting :-/ )

I deleted the dkim - dmarc settings and WOLA Everything was working again
