Action bar missing for Spam

Hi! I've changed something that I cant remember and the action bar dissapeared from the message details for messages flagged as Spam. It's show for High Spam and NonSpam Messages.
I was trying to Delivery Spam and add the Spam Header, and not Delivery High Spam. Its working... but that bar Disappeared. Any help?
