Possible to release outgoing spam?

Using EFA for outgoing spam checking and delivery and it works great. I don't have any users defined other then admin. I can see all the messages when hitting Recent Messages in Mailwatch, but have no buttons or options to release anything in quarantine. is there a setting I can turn on so that I can release an email that was stuck as spam but really is not?

Have about 350 domains and their users I deliver email for and being able to stop spam for the occasional customer whose email password gets compromised is really great.

Found the answer. Came across a post with a similar issue and the answer was to delete the Geo* files in the /var/www/html/mailscanner/temp folder.
Did that and now I have a log more info and the option to release.
