postfix multiple instances and mailscanner same box

Hello all
Some one here has experience running at least two postfix instances and maiscanner on the same box?
it is possible, whats happnend with incoming directories, hold, etc etc?
if is not possible them stop mailscanner and runn clamav spamassasing or other , and multi instances postfix.
