Quarantine - Other

Hy,
I have efa 3.0.2.6 and in last 3 months i have experienced problem that all my incoming e-mail went to Quarantine-Other and i cannot resend them.
I have option to resend them but nothing is happening after that so i need to send to all sender to resend e-mail.
Problem solved after reboot but i cannot find what is problem. Is anyone experienced same problem?

2 things to check, besides your mail log to see what is actually failing...

I tried "Yara suggestion". So far so good. I will monitor if problem happens again.
First time its happened 06.02.19 and after that 21.03.2019.
