Hi there.
Exchange 2013 environment. Outoging SMTP server is EFA.
When user sends an email to internal mailbox account (only Exchange relay) the recipient get's e-mail in HTML.
When user sends message thru EFA to external contact (for example gmail.com) the recipient does not get message in HTML format.

Any chance to check where on EFA is converting HTML to rich text?

I currently see that problem appears only when I send to recipient which is hosted in GMAIL.
The user receives winmail.dat attachment instead of Signature in HTML format :/
