Monitor Outgoing Queue on MailWatch & alert Admin by email

Anyone has thought about this idea?

I sometimes have a lot of emails accumulating in Outgoing queue (typically because I use shitty Microsoft Exchange and it's own SMTP service sometimes crashes due to one weirdly formatted email which somehow can only be resolved by going into Exchange queue, finding what is crashing it, deleting that one email and then it lives happily thereafter, until next time it happens that it...)

So, what I would like to have is some kind of Alert setup on Mailwatch that would email me to say: "Hey bro, your Shitty Exchange has crashed again, and your clients will start calling you very soon asking why they are not receiving any external mail"
