Hi all,
I'm new in this community and I hope, yoe can help me....
A while ago, i installed an eva by my customer. Basically she does what she should.
What does not work is the release ofmails with bad content (f.e. cer-Files). I go to quarantine, select the mail, put the hooks on release and click on confirm. On the next page at the bottom, in the detailed results there is nothing in it. The funktion sending via alternative mail recipient does not work also.
We also use eva with other customers, it works there. Unfortunately, I have no access to these.
I urgently need help here. I am not an eva- or linux-profi, so I would be glad about some detailed descriptions.

The issue here is the lack of information. To be able to respond you need to add some meaningfull info.

Did you check the log files?
