Email does not show in Recent Messages, nor is delivered

Hi,
We are facing an issue with one of our Mail Scanners. When one of our client sends an email, it is not delivered to the recipient. It does not even show in Recent Messages or Greylist.
We checked and the sender is not in Blacklist, and we tried adding the sender email and the sender domain in whitelist, but the email never arrives. This is happening only with that sender. Other emails are working and are received in Greylist/whitelist and gets delivered.
However when that same sender sends the email to another email address on the same recipient domain, it is delivered (but this email address is managed by Microsoft Outlook).
Additional information - Another email address from same sender's domain is also acting same way, and emails are not received through Mail Scanner, but are arriving on the email managed by Outlook.
The sender or the domain, both are not blocked, neither are in blacklist in Mail Scanner.
