Hello,

I configured Efa that my users Can klik on a link in an email to report an email as spam. Howerever I always get an error that I am on an untrusted network. I ADD my network to Trusted networks but efa does not pick these settings up. These are my network settings and efa response. Anybody knows What the problem could be?

192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0
192.168.2.6
IP DOES NOT MATCH SUBNET
10.11.149.0 255.255.255.0
192.168.2.6

I tested some, and if i leave trusted networks empty it works from anywhere. When i declare my internal subnet it wont work (also not from my internal subnet)

any ideas?

I allredeay know What is wrong. I am behind Apache reverse proxy. That was the problem. Now it is working.
