Firstly i am new to EFA, great project
I do apologize if this topic has been covered before, i searched but couldn't really find anything.

I was wondering if any could assist, we have a domain that requires the spam not to be blocked in quarantine
but needs to be delivered with the subject line tagged with ***Possible Spam*** (Subject etc)

Is this possible with EFA?

Yes, with rulesets in MailScanner this should be doable.

If I have some time, I'll write up a how-to.
